I love electronic music, playing it live, losing myself in it, hearing it in a crowded room. Daft Punk were the first ones to hit me, back when I was a kid, and they've never really stopped. This is a microkorg, my first synth: a small, unassuming icon of early-2000s underground electronic music, and where a lot of this started for me.
If I had to name three films that shaped me artistically, these would probably be the first that come to mind: Lost in Translation, The Lighthouse, Fallen Angels. Cinema is one of the main wells I draw from for my own work — seeing it in a theater is priceless, an art form that holds everything I love inside it.
